New Macau Association (NMA) Vice-President Sulu Sou Ka Hou is the group’s first-ranked candidate, while ex-lawmaker Paul Chan Wai Chi is the group’s second-ranked candidate.
Chan confirmed the ranking during a press conference at the NMA office in a residential flat in Nam Van yesterday.
According to the city’s proportional representation election system, a group’s top-ranked candidate has the best chance of winning a seat.
