A survey carried out by local think tank Choi In Tong Sam Association released yesterday shows that 86.7 percent of the respondents want a government service building in Taipa.
The association is the think tank of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (commonly known as Gung Luen).
A press conference about the findings of the survey was held in a Gung Luen service centre in Taipa yesterday. The press conference was co-hosted by Lo Wa Kit, a vice-chairman of the think tank, Leong Meng Ian, who heads Gung Luen’s service centre, and Liu Fengming, a member of the government-appointed Taipa and Coloane Community Service Consultative Council.
