Macau was ranked the nation’s fourth most liveable city in last year’s city competitiveness report by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the research report’s principal researcher Ni Pengfei announced yesterday.
Ni, head of the CASS City and Competitiveness Centre, announced the findings of the 2017 Report on Competitiveness of Chinese Cities during a press conference at the private Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Taipa.
The report, analysing the competitiveness of the nation’s 289 cities and municipalities, has been published annually for 15 years.
