A newborn girl was discovered in a restaurant’s toilet in a hotel in Nam Van yesterday afternoon and was pronounced dead at the public hospital, the Judiciary Police (PJ) said in a statement yesterday.
In a statement yesterday, the Public Security Police (PSP) identified the restaurant as Royal Kitchen on the ninth floor of Grand Emperor Hotel.
According to the PJ statement, the baby was found in a rubbish bin by a female cleaner at 2:10 p.m. when she was cleaning the toilets. The baby was inside a transparent plastic bag when she was found.
