We regret to inform our readers, advertisers and distributors that we are unable to publish today's issue because of the severe impact of Typhoon Hato. Due to the typhoon, electricity supply to our office was cut off between yesterday noon until late last night, too late for our team to put the newspaper together. Besides, the typhoon also caused some damage to our office, such as a window that simply vanished without a trace, requiring repairs that we expect to complete overnight.
