Chan made the comments while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a forum about the landscape of the direct legislative election.
The forum, organised by the local Catholic publication Observatório de Macau (“Macau Observer”), was held yesterday at the Diocesan Youth Pastoral Centre near the Red Market.
