High-profile activist Lee Kin Yun yesterday slammed a number of local media outlets for allegedly not mentioning the major purpose of a protest he and two other activists organised on Saturday – demanding that senior officials be held accountable for the Typhoon Hato response fiasco.
Lee leads electoral group Association of Macau Activism for Democracy, No. 23 on the ballot, for the September 17 direct legislative election.
Lee spoke to reporters yesterday before submitting his petition to the Government Information Bureau (GCS) on the matter.
