The trio allegedly gave the approval for an unauthorised pile load test at the site, which caused the deaths of two construction workers and injured two others.

The incident happened on June 12 at the construction site of the new facilities for the Public Prosecution Office (MP).

According to Choi, the three suspects are a 63-year-old general manager surnamed Wong, a 62-year-old director surnamed Fung, and a 29-year-old engineer surnamed Leong. The three men allegedly gave the order that led to the deaths of two mainlanders and injuries to two other mainlanders.
