The Education and Youth Affairs Bureau’s (DSEJ) Continuing Education Division Acting Director Wong Tat Choi said yesterday that the bureau would keep on promoting continuing education to senior citizens.
Wong made the remarks during a press conference about the bureau’s 2017 Lifelong Learning Week, which this year will be held from October 21 to October 27.
Wong pointed out that this year the bureau had organised over 100 activities to promote various continuing education aspects such as vocational education, personal growth, family education, and physical and mental health care.
According to Wong, of the courses that the bureau has organised, the most popular are those concerning parent-child activities and elderly health care.
