The 2nd Boao Forum for Asia Development Summit is to kick off in Macau early next month, the organizers said in a statement yesterday.
The two-day event, starting on November 5, will be themed “Smart Cities and the Development of Asia”. It is co-organized by the Boao Forum for Asia, the Macau Youth Federation and Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST).
The topics of the summit will include smart cities and the development of Asia, youth talents and the future of Asia, the central government’s Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative and specialized financial services.
The 1st Boao Forum for Asia Development Summit was held in Macau in May 2015.
