The culinary team for Chinese cuisine at Hotel Okura Macau is giving the usual dim sum and Chinese dishes a twist as winter and the festive season begins.

Many restaurants have stirred things up adding cuteness to dim-sum that would make it to Instagram, and Okura’s Executive Chef Chin Kam Wah and his culinary team got creative too, and it’s not just good for pictures, it’s also good for the palate.

While shrimp dumplings are usually translucent rice flour pastry filled with shrimps, Chin’s version is a whole shrimp wrapped in a light-orange rice flour pastry, and for pork dumplings, the culinary team makes them look like goldfish.
