Suspended lawmaker Sulu Sou Ka Hou attended yesterday’s plenary session in the legislature’s public gallery, vowing to attend all plenums as a member of the public during his suspension.
The rookie legislator told reporters he planned to hand Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario today a list of his questions about the 2018 policy guidelines for the latter’s portfolio.
Rosario is slated to be in the hemicycle this afternoon for the second and final day of a debate of his portfolio guidelines for next year.
