Established by the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (also known as the Hong Kong Anglican Church) in 2002, the Macau Anglican College (MAC) in Taipa this year celebrates its 15th anniversary.
Robert Alexander, principal of the school, talked to The Macau Post Daily on the sidelines of the college’s service awards ceremony last week at St Regis Hotel in Cotai.
When asked how to strike the right balance for his pupils’ school life and home life, Alexander said, “We [MAC] try to give a balanced programme. First of all, we make sure that the kids are not overloaded with homework. [Secondly] when they get home, they can be children, to play and to relax.”
