Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario said yesterday that a plot on the western shore of Cotai is earmarked for a public housing project providing 2,000 units.
Rosario made the remarks while speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a plenary session of the legislature.
Rosario said that the proposed 2,000 units on the plot – near the Galaxy Macau resort – are among the 4,600 additional public housing units being planned by the government.
