The Judiciary Police (PJ) have arrested a local man, a woman from Hong Kong, and two men from the mainland for selling and taking drugs, PJ spokesman Ho Chan Nam said during a special press conference yesterday.
Ho identified the suspects as a 47-year-old local man surnamed Wong, a 50-year-old woman from Hong Kong surnamed Wan, a 36-year-old man from the mainland surnamed Zau, all who claimed to be unemployed. The other suspect is a 40-year-old man from the mainland surnamed Sun, who claimed to be a businessman.
According to Ho, the police recently received a tip-off about a woman from Hong Kong selling drugs in the city. After investigating, the police identified the female suspect as Wan, who was staying at a resort-hotel in Cotai.
