Galaxy offers wide range of Chinese New Year dine-out options

Restaurants across Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) properties are all in the Chinese New Year spirit, offering a wide range of festive food and menus for patrons to start a prosperous New Year.

At Galaxy Macau, Festiva will have special Chinese New Year lunch and dinner buffets, for those who prefer Chiu Chow cuisine, Pak Loh will be serving a special menu featuring the famous “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” dish, which has all kinds of auspicious-sounding ingredients. For Cantonese cuisine, Fook Lam Moon will have all the classic Chinese New Year dishes, such as the braised pig’s knuckles with sea moss and lettuce, as well as braised dried oyster with pig’s tongue and sea moss.

“Poon Choi” (Big Bowl Feast) is another auspicious dish and at Galaxy, the “Big Bowl” is packed with abalone, dried scallops, fish maw, goose webs, venison tendon, sea cucumbers and dried oysters which is available at Lugang Café, The Noodle Kitchen, Tasty Kitchen and Spicy Garden.
