It might be getting warmer but it’s still cold and hotpot is the best comfort food for winter.
While you may have had several hotpot meals already to counter the unusually cold snap with temperatures dropping to below 10 degrees Celsius during the day, this anglerfish hotpot is one that should not be missed.
Prepared by Yamazato’s Executive Chef Akira Hayashi and his culinary team, the Anglerfish Hotpot is a popular winter delicacy in Japan, where there is even an Anglerfish Hotpot Festival.
