A woman is believed to have fallen to her death yesterday morning from a residential building in Rua do Almirante Sérgio, a statement by the Judiciary Police (PJ) said.
According to the statement, the deceased is a 62-year-old local woman, surnamed Wong, who worked as a part-time domestic helper.
The statement said people living on the ground floor of a residential building nearby heard a loud thud at around 9 a.m., and rushed out to check. Wong was later found lying on the pavement outside. They called 999 for emergency services.
