The Infrastructure Development Office (GDI) said in a statement yesterday that its director Chau Vai Man passed away as the result of an illness on Tuesday last week.
The statement said that the staff of the office have expressed their deep sadness and conveyed their condolences to the bereaved family.
The statement said that the home page of the GDI website will be in black and white until Friday.
