The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested two local men on Tuesday for drug trafficking, PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man said during a special press conference yesterday.
Chan identified the two suspects as a 31-year-old surnamed Lei and a 26-year-old surnamed Wong.
According to Chan, the Judiciary Police received a tip-off about a fortnight ago that a local man was selling drugs, delivering them to customers at night entertainment venues on his scooter. After investigating, PJ officers identified Lei as the suspect.
Packets of cocaine, cash, chips and other items seized during the police operation targeting two drug-trafficking suspects are displayed in a pressroom at the Judiciary Police (PJ) headquarters yesterday.
