Jade de Jardin restaurant at StarWorld Hotel is known for its authentic Shanghainese fare so for spring it is introducing Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes as part of the hotel’s ‘Eight Great Cuisines’ culinary programme.
The programme aims to take patrons on a culinary journey with flavours from eight great Chinese regions: Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan and Zhejiang.
At Jade de Jardin, the traditional dishes from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces are being served now until May.
