Findings of a survey released yesterday show a rise in Macau employees’ overall confidence and a slight decrease in their satisfaction last month compared to a year earlier, the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) announced yesterday.
On a scale of 1 to 5, last month’s Macau employee confidence index stood at 3.16 with a 3.8 percent increase year on year, while the satisfaction index stood at 3.35 with a 0.48 percent year-on-year decrease.
The annual Macau Employee Confidence and Satisfaction Index survey is carried out by the private university’s Institute for Sustainable Development (ISD). The findings were announced during a press conference on the university’s campus in Taipa.
