A non-resident worker from the United States has been arrested for hiring three illegal employees, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Fong Cheong Chun said during a press conference yesterday.
Fong identified the suspect as a 48-year-old man surnamed Montaina, who works as a general manager of a construction company.
Fong said that last Wednesday morning police officers and Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) officials raided the company’s office in Avenida Comercial de Macau. During the investigation, three employees there were found to be working illegally.
