A man from Hong Kong was arrested on Wednesday for selling and taking drugs in Macau, Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesman Chan Wun Man said during a special press conference at the PJ headquarters in Zape yesterday.
Chan identified the suspect as a 45-year-old surnamed Fong, who claimed to be unemployed.
Chan said that the Judiciary Police received a tip-off a week ago that a Hong Kong drug gang had hired a man in the neighbouring city to sell drugs in Macau. Police officers later identified Fong as the suspect.
