A local man repeatedly called the Judiciary Police’s (PJ) crime-reporting hotline 993 many times in May, using foul language in one of the calls, as he was unhappy with life and with his previous arrest by the police, PJ spokesman Chan Wun Man said during a regular press conference on Friday.

Chan identified the suspect as a 59-year-old surnamed Leong.

According to Chan, Leong dialled the 993 hotline 10 times in May, mostly claiming that he needed ambulance services and other kinds of assistance.
