During a security check, an airport security guard found a bullet in a Philippine man’s luggage on Friday, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Choi Iok Kin said during a regular press conference yesterday at the Judiciary Police (PJ) headquarters in Zape.

According to Choi, the suspect is a 26-year-old surnamed Subaba, who is self-employed.

The suspect was about to return to Manila from Macau on Friday. The security guard found that he had a bullet in his hand luggage when it went through the X-ray scanner, Choi said, after which the case was reported to the police.

This undated handout photo provided by the Public Security Police (PSP) yesterday shows the bullet seized from the Philippine suspect’s luggage on Friday.
