A total of 528 offences by taxi drivers were recorded last month, with overcharging continuing to top the list, the Public Security Police (PSP) said in a statement yesterday.
According to the statement, 19 percent (100 cases) of the 528 cases were about cabbies refusing to pick up passengers, while 62 percent (329 cases) concerned overcharging.
The statement said that the remaining 99 cases concerned other violations. It did not elaborate.
