The Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) said in a statement yesterday that the renovation project to turn a building in Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida into a Government Headquarters branch office will take up to 326 days.
The bureau unsealed bids submitted by 15 companies for the renovation project yesterday. Among the 15 bids submitted, 13 were accepted and one was rejected, while the bureau conditionally accepted the remaining one – but the statement did not mention what the company will have to do for its bid to be finally accepted.
The statement said that the bureau expects the renovation project to get off the ground in the fourth quarter of this year.
