The police nabbed a local man on Monday for misappropriating two handbags at the Barrier Gate Plaza earlier this week, Public Security Police (PSP) spokesman Cheong Heon Fan said during a regular press conference yesterday.According to Cheong, the suspect, a 46-year-old man surnamed Mok, told the police that he is unemployed.
