Just as one creates images in a kaleidoscope through twisting and turning the tube, the audience in “Kaleidoscope” will be making sense of the performance with their own lives’ twists and turns, as fragments of moments in life are presented before them.

“Kaleidoscope” is a theatre production by director Shaghayegh Beheshti, known to her peers as Shasha, who is a core member of Parisian avant-garde stage ensemble Théâtre du Soleil founded in 1964.

The troupe was set up as a reaction against traditional theatrical institutions in France and is known for creating works using a devising process based on utilising physical theatre and improvisation, according to Wikipedia.
