In a fit of anger, local man who couldn’t find a parking spot in a car park next to a residential building near Avenida de Horta e Costa earlier this month scratched six cars, a Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesperson said during a regular press conference on Friday.
According to the spokesperson, the suspect is a 63-year-old surnamed Cheang who owns a hardware shop near Jardim de Luís de Camões.
The spokesperson said that on September 4, the Judiciary Police received reports from six car owners about their vehicles having been scratched.
