Japanese fine-dining restaurant Yamazato in the local Okura hotel every so often brings in rarely exported top grade sakes from Japan to Macau for a special treat with its seasonal menu.

This month, Yamazato is bringing award-winning sakes from Dewazakura Sake Brewery Co. Ltd. to the restaurant, pairing them with a hearty autumn meal.

Dewazakura Sake Brewery was founded in 1892 in Tendo city, Yamagata prefecture, located 300 kilometres north of Tokyo.
