IFT promotes Irish culture with food & whiskey

Food is probably the best way to bring people together and learn about different cultures. As the city celebrated Saint Patrick’s Day with a parade on Sunday, the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) is also getting into the Irish spirit – with food and whiskey.

IFT is holding the “Irish Food and Whiskey Week” in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Ireland as one of the events to mark the Irish Festival and promote Irish culture in Macau.

For the week, James Fox from the Dublin Institute of Technology has designed a variety of traditional and typical Irish dishes that are being served at the IFT Educational Restaurant until Thursday.
