There are many events in Macau all year round and the annual Caritas Macau Charity Bazaar is no doubt a signature activity that has been bringing the community together for the past 48 years.

The 49th Caritas Macau Charity Bazaar will take place tomorrow and on Sunday at the Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre, with the theme “With love, We build together”.

This year, the bazaar will have 90 booths for games and other activities, as well as a number of donation counters, to raise money for a wide range of causes such as helping cover the initial cost of building a new retirement home, operating the Roman Catholic charitable organisation’s transport service for people with limited mobility and carrying out post-disaster relief work in Indonesia, and the many other services that Caritas Macau provides to the public.
