Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas announced yesterday a change at the helm of its board of directors.
According to a statement by the US-Macau gaming company, its board of directors unanimously voted Philip G. Satre chairman of the board during a regular meeting in Las Vegas yesterday.
The statement noted that Satre, an independent director of the company, joined the board in August as vice-chairman. He succeeds D. Boone Wayson, who is retiring from the board.
