It’s always good to eat seasonally and as white truffles from Alba and chestnuts are being harvested now, they are the highlight of a Christmas menu offered at 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana at Galaxy Macau.
The Italian restaurant in Macau is one of three restaurants led by Umberto Bombana, who opened his first 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana restaurant in Hong Kong in 2010.
The Hong Kong restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in 2012, its Shanghai establishment has two Michelin stars and the one in Macau has one Michelin star.
