If having the whole turkey for dinner is too much, Aux Beaux Arts at MGM is giving its Christmas dishes a French twist while keeping the traditional flavours.
The festive dishes, only available on December 24-25, includes foie gras terrine topped with dry fruit and nuts as a starter, turkey roulade with Brussels sprouts, Christmas stuffing served with a truffle veloute or poached turbot served with dill beurre blanc with red onion stuffed with potato, bacon and onion foam as the main course, and for dessert, there’s Hennessey cognac baba with chestnut cream and vanilla chantilly.
