Macau’s overall residential property price index increased by 0.7 percent from September to November last year, as compared with that of the previous survey period from August to October last year, the Statistics and Census Bureau (DSEC) said yesterday.
According to a DSEC statement, the overall residential property price index from September to November for the peninsula rose by 0.8 percent while that for Taipa and Coloane held steady.
The index for existing residential units went up by 0.5 percent. The index for those on the peninsula rose by 0.6 percent while the index for those in Taipa and Coloane dropped by 0.2 percent.
