The government announced yesterday that it will award prizes for excellence in cultural industries.
Each of the prizes can reach up to half a million patacas, according to an official regulation published in the Official Gazette (BO).
According to the regulation, the prizes will be awarded by the government’s Cultural Industries Fund (FIC). The fund will set up a committee tasked with evaluating candidacies for the prizes.
