Crossing borders is theme of Wynn’s latest guest chef series

Wynn is hosting another round of its guest chef dining series, inviting award-winning chefs from around the world to share their culinary expertise.

The latest guest chef dining series, taking place this month until June, will see the participation of Wynn’s own top chefs, such as Wing Lei Palace Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung and Sichuan Moon’s Culinary Director André Chiang to present the unique flavours of Macau in celebration of Chinese and Western cuisines.

Guest chefs who will be presenting their culinary showcase in restaurants at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace are Chantel Dartnall from Restaurant Mosaic in South Africa.
