The festival of all things French, Le French May, is taking place next month, and so is its spin-off Le French GourMay, in which The Parisian resort will present a range of cuisine and wine from the Loire Valley.
The resort’s three restaurants – Brasserie, Le Buffet and La China – will offer special dishes during the French food and wine festival, which runs throughout the month of May.
At Brasserie, executive chef Daniel Brolese has created a four-course menu with dishes from the Loire Valley in central France. The central part of the Loire River valley was inscribed on the UNESCO Heritage Site as a living cultural landscape, and the region is also referred to as “the garden of France” because of its abundance of vineyards, fruit orchards, artichoke and asparagus fields.
