A scooter and a bicycle collided in Zape yesterday afternoon, leaving both the scooter rider and the cyclist with slight injuries, the Fire Services Bureau (CB) said.
According to the bureau, the crash happened at around 2 p.m. near the Jai Alai and Oceanus casinos in Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues.
The 65-year-old male cyclist sustained slight abrasions to his elbows while the 42-year-old male scooter suffered minor abrasions to various parts of his body, after which both were taken to hospital for treatment, according to the bureau, which did not say which hospital they were taken to.
