Hotel Okura Macau’s Yamazato restaurant offers a range of authentic Japanese cuisine and among their renowned dishes are the chef’s daily Kaiseki grilled menu and sushi.
The restaurant also has an extensive set menu crafted by expert chefs, and as summer is here, the chefs have created a nigiri set lunch featuring an appetiser with lotus elements, representing summer as July is the flower’s blooming season.
The lunch is followed by a sumptuous set of nigiri sushi. Nigiri literally means “to grasp” is the method used to prepare nigiri, where lightly vinegared rice is topped with raw or cooked seafood.
