The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a PJ officer yesterday for allegedly leaking internal information to a casino loan-sharking syndicate, PJ spokeswoman Lei Hon Nei said during a special press conference yesterday.
According to Lei, the 36-year-old suspect is surnamed Poon. He joined the Judiciary Police in 2008.
According to evidence gathered by the Judiciary Police, Poon leaked the confidential information 13 times to the kingpin of the gang between October last year and January this year.
