The Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a local man on Thursday for taking over 200 video clips of half-naked or naked men since January, PSP spokesman Ho Kai Kit said during a regular press conference on Friday.
Ho identified the suspect as a 23-year-old surnamed Lam who told the police that he is unemployed.
According to Ho, when an off-duty PSP officer was running round the running track on Guia Hill on Thursday, he saw Lam wandering around and appearing to look at passers-by. After the policeman went into a changing room for a shower near the running track, he realised that Lam had followed him and was about to take shots of him with his mobile phone.
