About two dozen documentary films, each offering a view on life in other parts of the world or of different cultures, will be screened at Cinematheque • Passion over the next three weeks.
The showings are part of the 4th Macau International Documentary Film Festival, which begins tomorrow with the story of jazz trumpeter Chet Baker, “Let’s Get Lost” (1988) by Bruce Weber as the opening film.
The festival’s curator Penny Lam Kin Kuan of the Comuna de Han-Ian art and culture association told MPD Weekender yesterday that the selection of films this year revolves around the theme of “Collective” and “Memories”.
