Galaxy Macau is having a Malaysian Food Festival, inviting guest chefs from hawker stalls to cook up a feast of signature dishes from five different Malaysian states.

The food-fest is part of the hotel’s newly launched “Dining Under the Stars” series featuring culinary experiences at the Grand Resort Deck at Oasis, which allows patrons to enjoy Malaysian cuisine while enjoying the summer night breeze, according to a statement provided by Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) this week.

The statement says that the Malaysian Food Festivals will have dishes from north to south Malaysia, including white pepper crab from Johor Bahru, roasted chicken wings from Penang and Jln Sg Pinang’s Nasi Lemak, making up 23 popular traditional Malaysian dishes.
