The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a local man for stealing casino chips at least 31 times while he was working in a casino in the city centre, PJ spokesman Lai Man Vai said during a regular press conference yesterday.
According to Lai, the suspect is a 49-year-old surnamed Mak. He told the police that he works as a dealer.
Lai said that Mak had been working in the casino-hotel since last year, where he used to be a waiter serving gamblers, but started working as a dealer in February this year.
