The Judiciary Police (PJ) have arrested a man for damaging public toilets in the northern district at least twice, a PJ spokesperson said during a regular press conference yesterday.
The spokesperson did not say how many public toilets the suspect had damaged.
The spokesperson identified the suspect as a 46-year-old unemployed local surnamed Chan who told the police that he was a rehabilitated drug user and has regularly been to a local drug addiction treatment centre since 2000.
