An Indian man scammed three of his fellow countrymen out of a total of 120,000 patacas for supposedly help them get a hotel job but then disappeared once he got the money.
The Judiciary Police (PJ) announced the case during a press conference on Friday.
According to the spokesman, the suspect, surnamed Chouham, is a Macau resident aged 38, who claims to be a businessman. He was stopped at the airport as he was about to leave Macau on Thursday.
